Astoche delivery is estimated at 8–11 days from the time your order has been processed and prepared for dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier capacity, weekends, public holidays, or delays outside of our control.

Order processing

After your order is placed, we prepare and pack your items before handing the order over to the courier.

You will receive order communication through the email address used at checkout. Please make sure your email address and delivery details are correct before completing your order.

Delivery address

Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Astoche is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable delivery details.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll try to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has already been processed or dispatched.

Where tracking is available, your tracking details will be shared with you once the order has been handed over to the courier.

If the courier is unable to deliver because no one is available, the address is incorrect, or the courier cannot reach you, this may delay your delivery.
